By accessing and using the Violin Practice App ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

The Violin Practice App is a mobile application designed to assist users in learning and practicing violin. The App provides interactive features including but not limited to:
- Musical note visualization and practice tools
- Song playback and learning features
- Custom song loading capabilities
- Audio player controls
- Download volumes feature (requires Google Sign-In)
3. User Account and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
Some features of the App may require you to create an account or sign in using Google Sign-In. When you create an account or sign in, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

By uploading or using content in the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.

The App may offer premium features or content available for purchase. All purchases are processed through Google Play Store and are subject to Google Play's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy.
